Need a Quick Happiness Fix?

We’ve all had those days.

You wake up on the wrong side of the bed, for no particular reason, and the rest of your day down spirals.

So what do you do when this happens?!?!! (i.e., how do you turn your day around?!)


  1. Jump! I don’t know why this works, but it does. If you have a trampoline, even better. If not, jumping works just fine. Try ittt!
  2. Look in the mirror and smile. And I mean really smile. Until your cheeks hurt.
  3. Put on happy music. My personal pick is Lady Gaga. But put on what makes you dance!
  4. Put on an inspirational video (there are tons on youtube)
  5. Pull out the ol’ gratitude list, and appreciate the things in your life that you are grateful for
  6. Get out of the house. Nuff’ said.
  7. Go talk to loved ones.
  8. Go exercise.
