Current Green Smoothie Obsessions

I’ve been eating a lot of green smoothies recently (About 4X a week) and these are my 2 current recipes I’ve been using! I can’t tell you how great these smoothies make me feel. I’ve recently found that using almond milk in smoothies is the magic key to greatness!

Recipe 1

Ingredients: Serves 1

  • 1-2 handfull of spinach
  • 2-3 leaves of romaine lettuce
  • 1 bannana
  • 1 handful of strawberries
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • almond milk (enough to fill about 1-2 inches or more of the bottom)
  • optional: ice cubes and or fresh herbs (I love cilantro and parsley)

Recipe 2

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 handfuls of spinach
  • 3-4 branches of cilantro
  • 1 bannana
  • 1/2 a pear
  • 1/2 an apple
  • Almond milk
  • optional: ice cubes

Put through blender and enjoy!
