This is one of my favorite happiness pick-me-ups. Point blank, throw on an episode of your favorite funny TV show, watch a funny youtube clip, or watch a comedy.
I have found this to work wonders on a bad mood. It’s insane what a difference a little laughing makes in your overall well-being.
