After trying a green tea scrub/mask for the first time, I had to share.
I know what you’re thinking…green tea?!?!
But, despite what you might think, I was pleasantly surprised. Green tea has many health benefits, both inside and out, including:
- Boosting immune system
- Fighting free radicals in the body
- Lowers risk of heart disease
- Lowers blood pressure
- Full of anti-oxidants
So without further ado, here’s the recipe I used:
- Inside ingredients of organic green tea bag (after drinking the tea)
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- A pinch of water (optional)
Mix ingredients together, then apply to face. Leave on for 10-20 minutes, then rinse off. Vwoila!
